HELP & ANSWERS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes! All our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural, biodegradable soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and pure essential oils. They are soot-free, non-toxic, and safe for your home.

For candles, trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and let the melt pool reach edges. For resin art, wipe with a soft damp cloth and avoid extreme heat.

We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours from our Indore studio. Delivery takes 3–5 business days with live tracking provided via SMS/Email.
